Jesse Jagz plans to release two albums in 2015

Jagz Nation act, Jesse Jagz , has announced that he will
be releasing two albums, Odysseus and Gunspiracy
Theory this year.
The ‘Bad Girl’ rapper made this known through a
message via his Twitter account on Tuesday, February
3, 2015 tweeting:
‘So will be releasing 2 projects this year Odysseus and
the GUNSPIRACY THEORY( guns- piracy theory).’
Jesse Jagz, formerly of Chocolate City, was crowned the
Lyricist on the Roll at the 2014 Headies for his song,
‘God on the mic‘.

1 And Hannah prayed, and said, My heart rejoiceth in the
Lord, mine horn is exalted in the Lord: my mouth is
enlarged over mine enemies; because I rejoice in thy
salvation.
2 There is none holy as the Lord: for there is none beside
thee: neither is there any rock like our God.
Bible in one year: Jeremiah 31:31-32:44, and Acts

MESSAGE:
The word “horn” is used both literally and symbolically in
the Bible. It is used to describe the keratin-based growth
on the head of animals. The horn of dead animals is
sometimes converted to musical instruments or used as
vessel for anointing oil. However, the horn has significant
metaphorical meanings. It is a symbol of power, help,
victory or glory. To lift up the horn connotes success, while
a broken horn denotes defeat. It is with this understanding
that Hannah rejoiced in the Lord by saying my horn is
exalted in the Lord. May the Name of the Lord be praised
and exalted for evermore in Jesus’ Name. As you meditate
on the word of the Lord today, your horn shall be exalted in
Jesus’ Name.
Exaltation has a spiritual connotation. It means to glorify,
lift high, promote or raise a person to a higher status or
position. It therefore follows that exaltation is of the Lord
and only God and God alone is worthy of exaltation.
However, Hannah said “my horn is exalted in the Lord”.
Psalm 75:6-7 also says,
“For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from
the west, nor from the south. But God is the judge: he
putteth down one, and setteth up another.”
This means that God can choose to exalt a person. In the
Bible, we see some beneficiaries of the special grace and
mercy of God in this regard. They include Abraham,
Joseph, Hannah, Moses, Joshua, David and Solomon.
God caused Joshua to be exalted in Joshua 3:7:
“And the Lord said unto Joshua, This day will I begin
to magnify thee in the sight of all Israel, that they
know that, as I was with Moses, so I will be with
thee.”
This same God is still alive today; He doesn’t change. He
is the same yesterday, today and forever.
Today, He will visit you with His love, mercy and favour.
The Bible in Psalm 75:10 says,
“All the horns of the wicked also will I cut off; but the
horns of the righteous shall be exalted.”
Because you are made righteous by the blood of Jesus, you
are a special candidate for exaltation. Your horn shall be
exalted in the mighty Name of Jesus.
Action Point: Learn humility. Humility leads to exaltation.

MESSAGE:
An unprecedented event is an extraordinary occurrence
that was never known or experienced before. It’s
something of monumental importance happening for the
very first time. Unprecedented events are very rare, but I
pray that you will soon testify to an unprecedented
blessing in your life in Jesus’ Name. The Bible records so
many unprecedented events in its pages from Genesis to
Revelation. Notable among those are Noah and the deluge
(Genesis 7), the deliverance of the Israelites at the Red Sea
(Exodus 14 ), the sun standing still over Gibeon and the
moon staying in the valley of Ajalon ( Joshua 10:12-13 ),
the virgin birth of Jesus, the raising of Lazarus from the
dead after four days (John 11 ) and the resurrection of
Jesus ( Mark 16:9-10 ), to mention but a few.
Unprecedented events are usually in the realm of the
miraculous. God in His infinite mercy always designs these
supernatural events to meet human needs and solve our
problems. Such miracles include divine provision,
deliverance, divine healing, raising of the dead, miraculous
birth etc, and usually bring about disbelief, laughter,
astonishment, singing, dancing, amazement , great fear,
thanksgiving and celebration. Very soon, God will do
something in your life that will amaze your detractors and
cause you to celebration in Jesus’ Name.
In Genesis 22:16 , Abraham’s actions caught God’s
attention and called for a special blessing.
“And said, By myself have I sworn, saith the LORD, for
because thou hast done this thing, and hast not
withheld thy son, thine only son:”
It’s easy to see that beneficiaries of unprecedented events
are history makers. A close look at each of these
characters, from Noah to Abraham, Moses, Joseph,
Joshua, David, Solomon, Elijah, Daniel, Esther, John, Peter,
Paul and our Lord Jesus, to mention but few, reveals a
common pattern in their lives. Every one of them exhibited
uncommon pattern in their lives. Everyone of them
exhibited uncommon faith, humility and obedience that
moved God to arise on their behalf. God considered them
fit for such miracles because they tried to do what nobody
had done before. If you are looking forward to receiving an
unprecedented miracle in your life., you must be prepared
to outdo others in your commitment to God, in total
submission, obedience, soul-winning , sacrificial giving,
faith and true worship.
Prayer Point: Father, please give me the grace to do
something great that will call for an unprecedented
blessing in my life in Jesus Name.

TB Joshua Rejects N500,000 Tithe From A Woman In Church

T.B. Joshua, perhaps Nigeria’s most unconventional
cleric, posted a heart-warming story on his official FB
page about an elderly lady who came to his church with an
unusual gift.
A retired teacher named Caroline Orugude had come to The
Synagogue, Church Of All Nations (SCOAN) in Lagos,
Nigeria to share a curious testimony.
After retiring from her job in June, 2012, Caroline was
forced to wait almost two years for the gratuity that
she was supposed to receive. “There was nothing
much we could do except pray because the pension
system is so unreliable,” she narrated to the
congregation.
After visiting various churches for prayer without any
visible change, she was introduced to Emmanuel TV, the
popular Christian television station broadcasting the
activities at The SCOAN, and began praying along with T.B.
Joshua.
Within two weeks, she received a call from the treasury,
asking her to go to Abuja to collect her pension money. “I
decided that when I got the money, I would come to The
SCOAN to appreciate the Lord,” she joyfully said. “I am
here with the small sum of 500,000 naira, to give to the
man of God and The SCOAN, as my tithe.”
It was an unexpected declaration but the response of
Joshua was equally surprising as he insisted he could not
collect the gift.
“Yes, it is written in the Bible that we should pay tithe but
how can we collect tithe from widows and the aged who
are supposed to be under our care,” he questioned the
congregation.
“Remember, she has stopped working. She needs our care
for the rest of her life. These are the women we should be
feeding and taking care of. She is our mother; she is my
mother too.”
The cleric, who is well known for his philanthropic
gestures, then announced that instead of taking Mrs.
Orugude’s tithe, he would support her with an additional
500,000 naira.
“When God calls a man or woman, what they will eat, what
they will use and everything they need for their journey will
be provided abundantly by God,” T.B. Joshua then
explained, noting the attributes of genuine ministers of God.
“When a minister begins to depend on tithes, you know he
is not a minister of God,” he added. “This is a message to
ministers of God all over the world. When we collect tithes,
we should know those whom we collect them from. Don’t
force anybody – it is between them and God. Let us
worship the Giver of money, not money,” he concluded.
The post on Joshua’s Facebook page, followed by 1.5
million people, ended with a poignant question. “Where are
your elderly? Care for them and you shall reach old age.”
A video recently surfaced of Joshua refusing a $1,000
offering from a Swiss lady who received healing during his
crusade in Colombia. Several weeks ago, he spoke
scathingly of 'money-hungry' pastors, insisting that
ministers of God should not force members to give
offerings or tithes as it was a thing of the heart.

Wisdom: The Winning Key
Dear Reader,
I welcome you to another awesome time in God’s
presence. This month, I will be sharing with you on the
subject, Wisdom: The Winning Key.
I believe that so many challenges today, in most homes,
are as a result of lack of wisdom.
Wisdom is the tool for sustaining your home. Both the man
and the woman in the home, need to embrace the wisdom
of God, for it will bring honour and promote your home.
God’s Word says: Exalt her, and she shall promote thee:
she shall bring thee to honour, when thou dost embrace
her (Proverbs 4:8).
An act of foolishness on the part of the husband and wife
will definitely affect the stability of the home. You can’t
afford to be foolish. Many homes, today, are going through
tension, not because the husband and wife are not born
again, or baptized in the Holy Spirit, but for lack of wisdom.
In other words, they are victims of foolishness. Foolishness
costs so much and puts a lot of people into trouble. I read a
scripture in Proverbs11:29 sometime ago, which startled
me. It says: He that troubleth his own house shall inherit
the wind: and the fool shall be servant to the wise of heart.
You know what that means? Foolishness keeps a home in
bondage; it does not allow you to enjoy the provisions of
God for your family. It makes you a trouble in your own
house, and you remain a servant to the wise. Many people
have gone through divorce, because they were victims of
foolishness? You will not be a victim in Jesus’ name!
What Then Is Wisdom?
Wisdom is the correct application of knowledge. This
implies that it is quite possible to apply knowledge
wrongly. When you apply it wrongly, the situation becomes
worse than if you did not apply that knowledge at all.
For instance, a woman who is married to an unbelieving
man comes to discover that the Bible says: And it shall
come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken
away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck,
and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing
(Isaiah. 10:27). She takes a bottle of olive oil to be blessed
in her Church and tells her Pastor, “Please bless this oil for
me, I want to take it back home so that every yoke and
tension in my home will be broken and destroyed.”
Now, that is good knowledge. She gets home to meet her
unbelieving husband sitting in the parlour watching T.V.
and the next thing she does is to splash that oil on the
man. You can just imagine how the unbelieving husband
will feel.
As far as that woman was concerned, she was applying
what she had been taught. Due to the fact that she had
actually applied it wrongly, the man may decide to beat her
up thoroughly. Why? Is it because there is no power in the
Word of God she discovered? No! Then why has it not
worked? The Word of God does not work in the hands of the
foolish!
Husband, wife, it is true that you have acquired so much
knowledge from the Word of God, but you must apply it
correctly, if it must work for you.
To access the wisdom of God, you must be ready to have a
personal relationship with God, the only wise God. This is
done by confessing your sins and accepting Jesus as your
Saviour and Lord. If you are ready to be a member of God’s
family, please say this prayer:
“Dear Lord Jesus Christ, I come to You today. I am a
sinner. Forgive me of my sins and cleanse me with Your
Blood. Deliver me from sin and Satan to serve the living
God. I accept You as my Lord and Saviour. Make me a
child of God today. Thank You for accepting me into Your
Kingdom.”
If you prayed this simple prayer, you are now a child of
God. He loves you and will never leave you. Read your
Bible daily, obey God’s Word and seek Christian fellowship
(John 14:21).
Congratulations! You are now born again! All-round rest
and peace are guaranteed you, in Jesus’ Name. Call or

seen the things which Jesus did, believed on him.

MESSAGE:
A miracle can be defined as an extraordinary event or
development that is inexplicable by natural or scientific
laws and is attributed to divine agency. Miracles defy
natural and scientific laws because such laws are in
suspension or overridden supernaturally for a miracle to
take place. The question then is: why will God go to such
great lengths to perform a miracle? I pray that God will go
to any length to give your desired miracle today in the
Name of Jesus.
The Bible offers many reasons as to why God would go the
extra mile to perform miracles. God performs miracles so
that people may believe in Him (Exodus 4:1-9 ). In some
cases, He performs miracles out of love and compassion
for human suffering ( Luke 7:11-15 ). Sometimes it is to
authenticate a prophet as a true servant of God ( Acts 2:22 ).
Some other reasons for miracles, common to most of the
records of the miraculous in the Bible include: strong faith
in God, hopelessness, helplessness and desperation. If you
are desperate for a miracle because your case is
hopelessly helpless, the Almighty God will rise on your
behalf and give you a mighty miracle today in the Name of
Jesus. Miracles are real, and genuine miracles are
Biblical. As a matter of fact, so many human conditions are
beyond natural and scientific solutions; these are distinct
situations for divine intervention. We thank God that
numerous creative miracles (of which some testimonies
are incredible) have been happening by His special grace
in our ministry as we travel across the globe over the
years. So, no matter how hopeless your situation is, all you
need to pick-up your own miracle is to have a good reason
why God should visit your case.
If you can take the first step by becoming born-again, you
would have won the love and compassion of God. If you
fellow that up with total obedience to the word of God and
strong faith in the Name of Jesus, your case becomes
stronger. If you will dare to become a witness for Jesus,
telling everyone around you of His love, goodness and
mercy, then your case becomes very strong. Finally, if you
would continuously knock on the door of heaven through
your fervent players, you automatically become a sure
candidate for a miracle. As you fellow these steps to build
a strong case or reason for a miracle, the Lord will notice
your efforts, accept your person, open a book of
remembrance on your case and give you a creative miracle
in Jesus’ Name.
Prayer Point: Father, please settle my case today; visit me
with a divine miracle in Jesus’ Name.

Shocking: Naija Woman vomits Live Snake during Deliverance

Wow! There was a miraculous experience on Monday at the
Sons Manifestation Ministries, located at the Magami area
of Jalingo, Taraba State, when a 32-year-old woman, Mrs
Grace Benjamin vomited a live python snake and other
items during a deliverance session in the church.
Mrs Grace, who confessed after her deliverance, told the
church congregation that she has been a member of the
marine kingdom for over 15 years. She added that under
the sea were they operate, she was given the title of the
queen of the kingdom due to the roles she always played.
In her words: “I was made to be the queen of the
marine kingdom because I always carry out every
command and assignment given to me without fail.”
“Even my husband suffered a lot of setback in my
hands [for] his bid to resist all attempts to be
intimidated.”
She stressed that for over 15 years that she was in the cult,
she has used her power to kill so many pastors who
operate with fake powers.
She called on those who are still operating in demonic
world or any form of occultist to desist and embrace
Jesus Christ before it would be too late for them.
The general overseer of the church, Rev. Johnson
Mustapher Bulflo told LEAERSHIP that he was just a vessel
used by God to visit the lady who was passing through a
difficult moment of her life.
Mrs Grace Benjamin who hails from Edo State did not only
vomit a python snake, but also vomited jewelries, coins,
padlock among others. Wonders shall never end!

MI took to instagram late last night to defend Ice prince's
stance against any one trying to compare their talent.

A woman, who is believed to be mentally unstable, has
dumped a new-born baby by the roadside in the Abule
Egba area of Lagos.
The woman, who was said to be dark in complexion, was
always reportedly roaming the area which is near a filling
station.
It was gathered that the baby was wrapped in a black sack,
neatly clothed and covered with a plaster on the mouth.
Our correspondent learnt that the baby was dumped in the
area on Wednesday, January 28.
Speaking with PUNCH Metro, a trader, Mrs. Atanda Kuforiji,
said they were taken aback by the sight of the abandoned
baby.
She added that a resident of the area drew the attention of
other residents to the presence of the baby dumped by the
roadside.
She explained that everybody went to the scene to see why
the resident was shouting, only to be confronted by the
sight of the new baby.
She said, “The baby was wrapped in a sack and placed by
the roadside. I saw a crowd gather and decided to have a
look; the child was still alive.
“People took pictures of the baby.
“His mouth was covered with a plaster to prevent him
crying out. Everybody was saying what came into their
heads, but nobody offered to help the baby.”
It was learnt that many of the dwellers in the area were too
scared to pick the baby from where he was dumped.
But they said they suspected that the baby belonged to the
mentally-unstable woman.
A driver, Mr. Lasisi Gafar, said since the incident, nobody
had seen the woman in the area.
He said, “There used to be a female lunatic around the
street who was pregnant, but since the child had been
dumped I have not seen any trace of her.
“We suspect that she was the one that dumped the baby
here, but nobody could find her to question her.”
He added that neither he nor most people in the area knew
when and how the baby was dumped by the roadside.
It was gathered that the baby later died after struggling to
live for over six hours.
A trader, who identified herself simply as Iya Monsura,
said, “The child was alive as of 11am, but when
government officials came around 5pm, he was dead. They
took the dead body away.”
It was learnt that no efforts was made to report the case of
dumped baby to the police. Some of the residents said such
attempt could put them in trouble as the police might treat

Kemi Oyedepo: Push Your Children to God

Topic: Push Your Children to God
Many parents are diligent at pushing their children to do
well in their academics. It’s easy to find them going out of
their way to ensure their children have all the books,
hardware and software to excel academically and
otherwise. If their children show some promise in areas
like sports or music, they will sacrifice a lot and invest
heavily in some state of the art kit to enhance their growth
in that area. All these are great but there is nothing better
than combining them with sound spiritual training.
It is quite disheartening to see a child carrying around a
shabby bible – a torn and worn ‘book’ in a version he or
she cannot comprehend not to talk less of enjoying its
contents. Dear reader, isn’t the bible the most important
book for living a successful and victorious Christian life?
When I look through the bookshelves of some homes and I
cannot find any book, DVDs or music of spiritual value that
can communicate the power of Christ in simple and
impacting ways to children, I always wonder how those
children can be motivated to read and live the Word of God
without decent resources.
Concentrating only on mental and physical development
will deprive any child of essential spiritual nourishment. It
is like continuously feeding them a diet of carbohydrates
alone without the right measure of protein and vitamins.
Please know that a child without God is a future that is not
secure. So, sit down and think of creative, engaging ways
to help your child grow spiritually. Think about ways to
incorporate spiritual activity into their everyday life –
playtime, bath time, mealtime, even just spending time with
them, etc. I personally never permit a day to go by without
having conversations with my children about God’s Word. I
even use their playtime to go over their memory verses
with them. Even while they are doing other things, I tend to
just jump in and say something of spiritual value to them
and I have found that doing such things actually helps them
remember.
If your children happen to be older; teens perhaps, you can
still come up with practical ideas that will catch their
attention. Be resourceful! Study them and observe what
they enjoy doing, and ask the Holy Spirit to give you
creative ideas. Please don’t be careless about it; it is so
important to stuff them with God’s Word while you have
their fullest attention! Ask your child for ideas too – you
might be well surprised at their innovative ideas.
Doing nothing or leaving their spiritual growth to the
Sunday school or children’s church teacher, or teens
church is highly irresponsible. Take full responsibility.
Many parents quote Isaiah 8:18 endlessly, and there is
nothing wrong with speaking what you want to see. I agree
that our children will indeed be signs and wonders on the
earth. However, always remember that no child can get
there by accident or by prayer alone. Your push is
required! May The Lord give you grace and make your
children mighty in Jesus name (Psalm 112:1-2).
To nourish your children spiritually, you must also
maintain a spiritually buoyant lifestyle and to be successful
at it, grace is required. However, grace from God will only
be released on those who have a personal relationship with
Him through Jesus Christ. He will release abundant help
upon you when you confess your sins and accept Jesus as
your Lord and Saviour. That way, you will be saved. If you
are ready to be saved, please say this prayer: “Lord Jesus,
I come to You today. I am a sinner. I can’t help myself.
Forgive me of my sins. From today, I accept You as my
Lord and Saviour. Thank You Jesus for saving me. Now, I
know I am born again.”

Topic: Let the Fire Fall [Tuesday February 3, 2015]

Read: (1 Kings 18:36-39 KJV )
36 And it came to pass at the time of the offering of the
evening sacrifice, that Elijah the prophet came near, and
said, Lord God of Abraham, Isaac, and of Israel, let it be
known this day that thou art God in Israel, and that I am thy
servant, and that I have done all these things at thy word.
37 Hear me, O Lord, hear me, that this people may know
that thou art the Lord God, and that thou hast turned their
heart back again.
38 Then the fire of the Lord fell, and consumed the burnt
sacrifice, and the wood, and the stones, and the dust, and
licked up the water that was in the trench.
39 And when all the people saw it, they fell on their faces:
and they said, The Lord, he is the God; the Lord, he is the
God.
Bible in one year: Jeremiah 26-27, and Acts 20:1-16
MESSAGE:
The term “fire of God” is often used symbolically in the
Bible to portray the presence of God, the power of God, His
judgement, His purifying work and as His emblem of the
anointing. In today’s Bible reading, the fire of God was
presented as a symbol of His presence and power. It is
highly desirable to witness the presence of God, the
outpouring of His anointing and the manifestation of His
power. Whenever God decides to reveal Himself through
any one of these means, natural laws become temporarily
suspended, and miracles, signs and wonders of great
magnitude always occur. Consequently, the children of God
should always seek such special opportunities to
experience the supernatural.
However, if you want the fire of God to fall, you must be
ready to pay the price. You can see in today’s reading that
Prophet Elijah took some deliberate steps before He called
for the fire of God to fall. First, he waited for the appointed
time of worship before he commenced with the repairs of
the altar of the Lord that was broken down. He then rebuilt
the altar in the Name of the Lord. Next, he did everything
orderly and meticulously, following divine instructions.
Thereafter, he called upon the Name of the Lord in prayer
and thanksgiving, and God answered by fire.
If you want God’s fire to fall, you must first repair and
rebuild the altar of God in your life. You must present
yourself before God as a living sacrifice without any iota of
blemish ( Romans 12:1 ), and be a true worshipper who
worships God in spirit and in truth. You need to adhere
strictly to the instructions of God as contained in the Bible,
and then you must learn to wait patiently for God. Note that
there was a waiting before the fire fell at Pentecost ( Acts
1:4 )
The benefits of the fire of God cannot be over emphasised.
It brings overflowing anointing, divine revelation, healing,
miracles, signs and wonders. It leads to the suspension of
the laws of nature and a transition into the realm of the
supernatural. It makes you a terror to the kingdom of
darkness and a true servant and representative of the Most
High God. May the fire of God fall mightily upon you today
in the Name of Jesus.
Prayer Point: Jesus, You are the one who baptizes with the
Holy Ghost and with fire; please saturate my life with your
fire.

Topic: Are You Fruitful? [Monday February 2, 2015]
Memorise: Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he
taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he
purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit. - John 15:2
Read: (Luke 13:6-9 KJV )
6 He spake also this parable; A certain man had a fig tree
planted in his vineyard; and he came and sought fruit
thereon, and found none.
7 Then said he unto the dresser of his vineyard, Behold,
these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and
find none: cut it down; why cumbereth it the ground?
8 And he answering said unto him, Lord, let it alone this
year also, till I shall dig about it, and dung it:
9 And if it bear fruit, well: and if not, then after that thou
shalt cut it down.
Bible in one year: Jeremiah 24-25 and Acts 19:21-41
MESSAGE:
The words “Be fruitful,” appear in the Bible for the first time
in Genesis 1:28 . Although it came as a commandment, it
can also be taken as a blessing. Because it is a
commandment, God expects all His creation to comply with
it by bearing fruit and multiplying through self-
reproduction. On the other hand, if taken as a blessing,
then it is established because when He speaks, it is done.
His words cannot pass away unfulfilled. In John 15:8 ,
Jesus said that the Father is glorified when we bear much
fruit, and that by bearing much fruit, we demonstrate that
we are His disciples indeed. Consequently, God reacts to
fruitlessness the same way He reacts to rebellion, because
failure to bear fruit is rebellion against the commandment
and purpose of God.
“And when he saw a fig tree in the way, he came to it,
and found nothing thereon, but leaves only, and said
unto it, Let no fruit grow on thee henceforward for
ever. And presently the fig tree withered away.” -
Matthew 21:19
The fig tree in today’s Bible reading and the parable of the
talents in Matthew 25:14-30 both show that God is
expectantly looking out for us to bear fruit. They also
reveal that God will judge our individual and corporate
performance by the quantity and quality of fruit we bear.
God is expecting us to bear fruit in the areas of soul-
winning, holiness, righteousness, in love and also in our
finances. It is time for a genuine personal assessment. For
those who are bearing fruit, it is time to bear much more
fruit. If you discover that you are not bearing fruit as
expected, God is giving you a second chance. Be sure to
make the best use of this second chance by bearing fruit in
earnest. I pray that in the programme of God, you will not
be cut down or replaced in the mighty Name of Jesus. You
will surely fulfil your destiny in Jesus’ Name.
To be fruitful requires being genuinely born-again and
abiding in God. Confessing your sins and giving your life to
Jesus ensures your deliverance and transition from the
side of the devil to the kingdom of God. Abiding in God
means total submission to the will of God and putting your
trust in Him. This guarantees fruitfulness. As you do your
very best to abide in God, He will give you the grace to bear
much fruit to the glory of His Name.
Prayer Point: Father, please make me fruitful in every area
of my life in Jesus’ Name.

Last night, January 31, 2015, D’banj kicked off what he has
said will be a year-long celebration of his 10th year
anniversary as an entertainer in the industry.
The kick-off party hosted by Amber Rose held at Oceanview
Restaurant in Victoria Island, Lagos. And it was with
a good turn out of popular pop stars at the event.
Though they all came late including the host and special
guest, they turned up for the DB Records boss regardless.
New school acts like Wizkid , Olamide, Phyno, Davido,
Oritshemi, Praiz, Seyi Law, Banky W, Seyi shay, Shaydee
and a few others turned up for D’banj and it was a swell
time for guests.

Topic: A New Beginning of Freedom [Sunday January 1,
2015]
Memorise: If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall
be free indeed. - John 8:36
Read: (Exodus 15:13-17 KJV)
13 Thou in thy mercy hast led forth the people which thou
hast redeemed: thou hast guided them in thy strength unto
thy holy habitation.
14 The people shall hear, and be afraid: sorrow shall take
hold on the inhabitants of Palestina.
15 Then the dukes of Edom shall be amazed; the mighty
men of Moab, trembling shall take hold upon them; all the
inhabitants of Canaan shall melt away.
16 Fear and dread shall fall upon them; by the greatness of
thine arm they shall be as still as a stone; till thy people
pass over, O LORD, till the people pass over, which thou
hast purchased.
17 Thou shalt bring them in, and plant them in the
mountain of thine inheritance, in the place, O LORD, which
thou hast made for thee to dwell in, in the Sanctuary, O
Lord, which thy hands have established.

MESSAGE:
A new beginning of freedom can be viewed from different
perspectives. It can be seen as the awareness of bondage,
the rejection of labels and stigmas imposed by others, or
deliverance from slavery and servitude. A new beginning of
freedom can also refer to the elimination of former
constraints, the dawn of a new day or the raising of the sun
over darkness. However, since freedom denotes salvation
or deliverance from oppression or bondage, a saviour or
deliverer is required before freedom can be attained.
Many are in bondage without realising it. Long years of
hardship have forced so many to accept suffering as
normal. I pray that God will open your eyes to the reality of
your situation in Jesus’ Name. Some people have been
labelled and stigmatised by the enemy. Some of such
people even enjoy and take pride of such labels. Today,
your eyes will be opened, and you will reject all evil labels
and stigmas upon your life in the Name of Jesus. Some
people are remotely controlled, constrained or enslaved by
unseen higher powers, to do things that are contrary to the
commandants of God and their own wellbeing. I decree that
God will deliver you all bondage and give you a new
beginning of freedom today in Jesus’ Name.
The Bible in John 4:42 proclaimed Jesus as the Saviour of
the world, and John 8:36 declare that if He sets you free,
you will be free indeed. The primary assignment of Jesus
Christ on earth is to save and deliver those who accept His
as Lord and Saviour, and also to destroy the works of the
devil in their lives. If you desire total freedom from all the
evil elements of this world and from the influence of Satan
and his demonic hosts, you must first accept Jesus as your
Lord and Saviour today, He will deliver you from every
opposition to the fulfilment of your destiny, and give you a
new beginning of freedom in the Name of Jesus.
Jesus has the power of set you free from sin and its
consequences (Matthew 1:21, 1 Thessalonians 1:10 ).
Jesus can deliver you totally from the fear of death and
from death itself (Hebrews 2:14-15, 1 Corinthians
15:54-55 ). Jesus can set you free from the power of Satan
and his demonic hosts because all power in heaven and
earth belong to Him (Matthew 28:18 ). I therefore decree in
the Name that is above every other name: be free from sin,
oppression, servitude, sickness, poverty, and failure.
Action Point : Accept Jesus as your Lord and Saviour today,
and begin to enjoy a new beginning of freedom.
